Seated on the sea, this picturesque mini villa offers a private feel separate from the main house, and is equipped with a spacious bedroom and living room with stunning sea views, a fresh kitchen and bathroom, as well as a large sauna and instant access to the front patio with a jacuzzi on the jetty. Summer or winter, start your days off with a swim in the brisk water and warm up afterwards in the sauna or jacuzzi.
Our garden is carefully managed and hosts Koi fishponds, fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit trees, exotic plants from all over the world, and meticulously cut bonzai-esque pine trees. It all offers spaces to just be and appreciate the simple things in life.
One of the pride and joys of Koi Villa is the beautiful spa & relax which comes with all amenities you can expect from a luxury facility, including a generous gym, three saunas, swimming pool with a jet stream, cold-tub, massage room and floating room.
The spacious open plan kitchen feels airy and light with the high ceiling and big windows surrounding, it has an amazing view of the sea, and is well suited for the social event requiring loads of space. It is also the center of the villa with quick access to all rooms
Every night is movie night! Watch your favorite films in our soundproof home cinema without waking up the early sleepers. Our high-tech surround sound system, projector and screen, seat vibrators and even furnishings are sure to make your movie night something special.
Our game room is perfect for the evening entertainment, with a pool table, two flipper games, a proper bar, an amazing sound system, and of course our movie theatre.
